Cannes Airport is located 5 km from the city center. LFMD Cannes - Mandelieu is an airport serving Cannes area, mainly for business aviation and during the Festival de Cannes, the airport is heavily used by movie stars. Its two runways (1610m and 760m) and a big apron makes it a perfect place not only for small and medium general aviation aircrafts, but also for bigger business jets. Due to its attractive location, close to the famous Cote d’Azur, City of Nice, Monaco and Saint Tropez it is a quite busy place.
